About the room

This is a professionally managed and newly renovated, shared 3-room condo by Eaton Center looking for a new flatmate. The room for rent is a comfortable medium-large sized room (fully furnished), available to move in from April 7, 2025. Flexible lease term with minimal 4 months required for condo regulation (and after the initial lease term, it can go by either month-by-month or for longer renewable term).

The rent is all-inclusive, including hyro, electricity, and high-speed internet, and monthly maid cleaning service. The suite is a fully furnished 3-room + 2-bathroom unit. The room for rent has a queen sized bed and a 55-inch large TV and a 3-deck work station, with dressers and drawers, and you’ll also have a large personal closet by the room (with mirrors). You’ll be sharing the bathroom with only 1 flat mate (a young professional).

You’ll share comfortable common areas (kitchen, living room, balcony) with a total of 2 friendly and mature flat mates (1 as described above, and another young professional living in the master bedroom with her own bathroom in-suite). All flatmates are at their 20’s-to-early 30’s in this apartment. We are looking for a full-time working professional as our new flatmate (single person tenant, not a couple please, non-smoker and no pet), proof of job required.

All-inclusive monthly rent, including hydro (electricity, hot water), high-speed Wi-Fi, free Neflix movies/TV shows (including a TV in the room), as well as monthly suite cleaning service. Comfortable bedding materials for relaxing and comfortable sleep quality. Shower towels, hair dryer, blankets, extra bed sets, indoor and outdoor sleepers, kitchen cookware and dining cutlery, etc. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable living.

Easy access to financial and entertainment districts.

Available for occupancy from April 7, 2025, for $1550/month. First month + last month and a $200 damage security deposit is required. A copy of government-issued ID (e.g., passport) and background/credit check are also required. The $200 security deposit will returned to you when you move out, assuming no damage made to the apartment due to negligent (not normal wear and tear).
