About the Apartment:

Rent: $1,150/month + utilities & internet (hot water & heat included) Move-in Date: April 1st or sooner Lease: Looking for a long-term roommate Room Size: South-facing 9’6“ x 13’6“ bedroom Unit Features: Southwest-facing corner unit with a wrap-around balcony Parking: Available for an additional $80/month but I personally opted for the free street parking. Laundry: In-building Furnishings: The bedroom is unfurnished, and since I just moved in, the apartment is still a bit of a blank slate but is slowly coming together. If you enjoy thrifting or finding cool pieces on Facebook Marketplace, we can make this space our own! The kitchen is fully stocked, so no need to worry about cookware or appliances.

About Me & Who I’m Looking For:

I’m Curtis, 31, I work full-time in construction management here in Victoria. I’ve been in the city for a few years after studying architecture in Toronto. Outside of work, I love hiking, paddleboarding, and camping, and I appreciate a space that feels relaxed, welcoming, and well-kept.

I’m looking for a mature, clean, and responsible roommate. Someone who values a comfortable home environment where we can chat over coffee but also respect each other’s space. More than anything, I’m just looking for a great fit.

Unfortunately, the building is not pet-friendly.
