Quite and nice apartment, bed room is for rent; furnished with bed, chair, desk, curtains, drawers lamp and ready for live in; in building laundry and gym, nearby Rideau Street, 5 mins to bus station walk, 20mins to university of Ottawa and Rideau center; shared use of bath room and kitchen, kitchen space is big and I provide all cooking sets for use; 1.5 Gb speed internet; all utilities covered; if you see the ad, it means it’s still available!
About the roomies
Im a male UO student, i do cleaning regularly and house chores, I’m talkative and respectful, i like to cook mostly at home. I have a regular schedule and sleep usually before 12 pm and a non-smoker. i live in the livingroom and the bedroom is available for rent. i would prefer also student or people who wants to stay for longer term and quiet at night.
