A choice of one or two bedrooms (rent mentioned is per room), a separate living room to yourself, a shared large kitchen and bathroom with a 2nd being built (not able to indicate 1 1/2 bathrooms in ad). A large backyard with gardening encouraged, and a beautiful park across the street, along the mountain brow. Close to many amenities - grocery stores, banks, restaurants and multiple bus routes. We keep the main shared areas of the home clean and organized for a better flow with roomies.

We rent this lovely large 4 bedroom home, and my adult child and I occupy two of them. We are both quiet, have our own living room, and easy to get along with.
Our interests span from outdoor activities in nature, road trips and adventures, and cozy nights home enjoying the peace. We are both respectful of other’s privacy and noise levels and appreciate the same. We consider this our home, it’s our sactuary and safe place away from the hustle and grind.
