This is a 3-month sublet (starting May 1 to July 31). Private upstairs bedroom with south-facing window perfect for plants. Can come furnished with double bed, mattress, small desk, and chair, or unfurnished. Washer and dryer are in basement.

3-5 minute walk to King, Cannon, and Barton Street busses and the Bernie Morelli Rec Center. 10 minute walk to FreshCo.

• 11 minute drive/ 38-ish minute bus ride to Mohawk College Street parking available for free.

My roommates have pets already so unfortunately no other pets are allowed (unless you have something small like a bird/fish/hamster that can stay in the room).

Two female roommates – one lives in the attic bedroom and one on the same floor as this room. Both roommates have cats and are quiet (I hardly ever see the roommate who lives in the attic). The kitchen, bathroom, and living room are shared spaces and cleaning chores are rotated every week (bathroom, kitchen, and floors).
