The room for rent comes furnished with a queen size bed, dresser and desk.

You’d be living with a 33 year old male from England and a 37 year old female from Victoria. You’d also be living with a smaller dog who is very gentle and curious.

We’re both working professionals that are looking for a mature, respectful and responsible roomie!

$900 plus $75/month (approx) for utilities.
