Hello! I’m looking for a female roommate (must speak English or be bilingual) to share my 4 1/2 apartment.

Details:

The room is unfurnished. The rest of the apartment is shared common areas. Apartment is conveniently located near IGA, Maxi, Dollarama, and public transport (buses 6, 1, 54, 4, and 15). There is additional storage available in the basement. One parking spot available.

Rent includes:

Access to all appliances: washer and dryer, fridge, stove, dishwasher, and chest freezer. Hydro and internet.

Important Information:

No smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) in the building or apartment. I have 2 cats, so you must be comfortable with them. No other pets allowed.
