Located within walking distance of bus stop (2 minutes) and shopping (Loblaws, Basic, Walmart, Shoppers Drugmart). Home is quiet, clean, respectable, smoke free, drug free and party free. Separate private entrance. 1 bus to Carleton U (3km away) or Algonquin (3.5Km away) and 1 bus to downtown.
