I’m willing to relocate, but currently your rent would be $1170 a month (everything is included, hydro, wifi, etc.). The apartment is downtown, right beside the Bell Centre and Lucien L’Allier station. I’m on floor 43 and there is a balcony and laundry in unit. There’s 2 gyms, an indoor pool, an indoor jacuzzi, a sauna, a yoga room, a cinema, an outdoor lounge and a sky top lounge in the building. Parking is available for a fee

I will be 20 and in my third year of undergrad at Concordia University. I am looking for someone to roommate with around this age! I am willing to relocate, however I am currently in an apartment downtown beside the Bell Centre.
