Hi! My roommates and I are looking for 1 female to rent our last room in our 5 person fully-detached house. The lease is 12 months, May 2025-April 2026, and rent is $918 a month, utilities not included but utilities typically come to about $75-$100 a month. Our home is located on Rickson ave, making the trip to the university about 5 mins by car and 15 min by bus. We have 2 shared bathrooms on the main and upper floors as well as shared laundry. Additionally we do have 3 cats in the home - 2 on the main floor full time and one who flip flops between their room in the basement and the main floor. We are looking for a mature female student or young female professional who is studious, respectful, and friendly as we all like to spend time as a group from time to time! Currently 4 females, two students and two working individuals, aged 21-25. We are all relatively quiet, but like to do group activities! We are a hardworking and studious group looking for a roommate around the ages of 20-25 who would think this is a good fit! We require the roommate to be LGBTQ+ friendly (allies always welcome:)) as well as cat friendly as there are 3 cats in the home!
