Bright & Airy 1 room, shared bath on the top floor is available for rent starting Apr 1st in a character house. The suite includes 2 rooms, kitchen with appliances and living room. It has skylights & a deck with a view of the city. The house is centrally located near Cook/Hillside. There is a long & steep exterior staircase that will keep you fit.

Coin operated laundry is shared with 2 other suites.

Wifi, utilities, cleaning and toilet supplies are included. Cleaning service once a month to clean shared areas included.

Couples additional $200

I could supply furniture for additional $100/month

City parking is beside the house as long as you update your address with ICBC. Professional or mature student will get preference.

No smoking/no pets/no drugs/no parties.

I’m a professional working up North in the healthcare industry. I spend about 1 week a month in the suite at most.
