Baskin Street

I’m looking to rent out a room in my townhouse. It has a queen sized bed already, with an endy mattress that’s only about 2 years old. There is another room used for storage which can be utilized for you as well. It’s walkable to the mall and parks. Shared bathroom and kitchen/ living area. Finding someone who is clean and will help with the chores would be great. I’d also be happy to share meals as long as it is fair. I cook, you cook, we split the groceries. Or not, up to you!

I have one small dog, he’s 10, non shedding. Very friendly and happy! If you don’t like dogs and snuggles, this is not the place, because he will be your new best friend. I work mostly days in Health Care, occasionally evenings and weekends. I do not party, drink or smoke. Prefer a non smoker, but smoking weed is okay outside. There is a small backyard, BBQ and place to sit in the sun. I’m clean and like a tidy space. I’m also pretty chill, if I’m not working I’m usually relaxing, going out for a walk or hike with the dog, watching a show or playing a game.
