A bright, unfurnished large room with a large closet, upstairs and a bathroom for your use (not shared with me, just guests). The house is a half duplex with stairs, so not very accessible friendly (sorry). It is in a quiet SW neighbourhood with easy access to the Glenmore Reservoir and Fish Creek park, lots of trails and the ring road. There are busses and parking is on the street. Utilities included and you will have your own fridge and cupboard in the kitchen. Access to shared living spaces and washer and dryer. There are two resident cats (spoiled rotten) so no other pets allowed. Access to the large backyard, bbq and lots of storage.

I am an older queer, female, professional who works from home part time. Looking for queer folks or allies to share my house, I am the owner. I like a quiet peaceful, clean house. No partiers, and no smoking. I am active usually out biking, kayaking, golfing or hanging with friends. If you want an activity partner, I am always up for adventure, but I also enjoy some quiet time at home. We can meet up for coffee and see if we are aligned.
