Laundry included shared back yard with owners who live in the basement. it is only a 20 min walk to Mount Royal University 15 min walk to goodlife. lots of shopping with in walking distance. Room can be furnished or unfurnished your choice. There is street parking and alley parking spot. all ages welcome. bus stop a few blocks away

Just me a 50 yr old trans woman from Ontario. I work full time 8-5 m-f. i go to the gym 2-3 times a week. I am clean honest and friendly. It will only be 2 people living there you and I. I enjoy music, movies, going to the gym and the outdoors.
