I’m looking for a new roommate for my basement space in my Cranston townhouse.

$900month, flexible lease length, available immediately

Private basement bedroom, bathroom and living space. Shared entrance, kitchen and laundry upstairs. I only need access to basement for storage/utilities. Street parking. Townhouse a bonus room (workout area with lots of equipment) small fenced backyard and attached garage.

You will join myself and my long term boyfriend and dogs in the home. We are both working professionals in our 30’s and looking for a similar tenant.

I have two small dogs that are very affectionate once they know you. The basement has a door so you will have privacy.

All utilities included with high speed internet. Rent is $900/month. Must be working, friendly, clean, and quiet. No smoking, no parties, Sorry no more pets (complex rule max 2 pets).

We are only looking for one person only, sorry no couples.
