LEASE TAKEOVER STARTING APRIL 1 (with possibility to renew)

Looking for a 20-something, queer-friendly woman to take over my bedroom in a cat-friendly 3-bedroom apartment on Agricola Street starting April 1 through August 31, with the possibility to renew the lease if you wish at the end.

Two-level, 3-bed, 1-bath apartment on Agricola in a very sweet little neighbourhood. Lots of cafes, sandwich shops and pubs nearby. All new appliances in the kitchen. Bedroom window faces Agricola Street and has south-west facing windows and gets some really beautiful natural light.

Utilities and internet not included, and there’s a washer and dryer inside the building.

I’m moving to Toronto for work and am looking to sell all my furniture, which includes a double bed, desk, chair, two little dressers, and a bedside table.
