We have a private room available in our 3-bedroom townhouse in the prestigious Annex neighborhood, shared with two chilled, friendly and easygoing roommates.

The room is furnished complete with a bed, closet, work table, linens, and basic essentials. All the furniture is brand new, purchased this year.

The home features spacious shared areas, including a kitchen, dining room, and a cozy living area with a fireplace. There’s also a balcony off the kitchen, perfect for fresh air and relaxation.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, microwave, dishwasher, gas stove/oven, toaster, blender and all the basics you need. There is in-unit laundry, central A/C and heating for year-round comfort.

Prime Location The townhouse is just steps from Spadina Subway, U of T, and Yorkville, with plenty of restaurants, museums, and parks nearby. The neighborhood is quiet yet super convenient, making it a great place to live.

Rent & Details $1,600/month incl. utilities (fiber internet, gas, hot water, waste management, electricity) On-site parking available for an additional fee. Short term - one month up to 3 months Move-in date: May 1
