About the house: The house is super spacious, south facing and bright. The house has 2 floors. The house has in-suite laundry, two kitchens and two living rooms. There is a front and back yard and a really big shared deck in the back with patio furniture. Direct bus access to UBC (45 min), CapU (30 min), and downtown Vancouver (20 min). Bus stop is 9 minute walk away. Walking distance to many grocery stores and coffee shops, and is 10 min walk to Dundarave beach.
Regrettably no pets. There’s one spot available in the carport for a car and there is also street parking available.
About the rooms: both rooms are located on the main floor with a shared bathroom. The rooms come furnished with a bedframe, mattress, dresser and desk.
About the roomies
I work full-time at an accounting firm and at Cypress. I generally keep things quiet during the week and respect others space/need to get sleep. I enjoy playing soccer, skiing, bouldering and hiking with my dog. I like to keep the place clean and tidy, and share chores. Looking for someone with the same energy, easy-going and communicative, mature, clean, open-minded and to treat the place as their home.
