Looking for a very clean and considerate female roommate who is a non-smoker and non-drug user. I am offering a room to rent in my townhouse, and I am rarely staying there! Your bedroom comes with a queen-sized bed, a dresser, nightstand and a closet. You will also have your own private bathroom. There are two tv areas (a basement tv area and a tv area on the main floor joined with the kitchen. I will rarely be staying at the property. Possibly 2 nights a month max, so you will have full run of the townhouse except for my bedroom and bathroom. There is a front patio with a BBQ and comfortable sitting area. It is west facing so you will get to enjoy the sun on the summer evenings.

The neighborhood: This house is situated in the peaceful area of Walden, just a 13-minute walk from the train station. A 4-minute drive or 10-minute walk will bring you to the commercial area with Sobeys and Starbucks. It takes less than 15 minutes to drive to South Health Campus or around 30 minutes by train including the walk from the house. Downtown is 20 minutes away by car (when it’s not rush hour), or around 40+ minutes using the public transport and on foot.
