Hello,
We are offering short term rentals for those who have not yet found that perfect place, or want to leave a current rental situation that’s just not working out. Or maybe you’re just here in Calgary short term. Whatever your reason, this might be a fit for you.
We now have 1 room available on the main floor. You’ll have a clean and fully furnished bedroom (bedding supplied) with a shared bathroom with only 1 other Roomie. We ask that you are quiet, clean, and respectful! No smoking, no pets, no drama.
Rent includes: All utilities, high speed internet (wifi), laundry facilities, kitchen use, on street parking.
Close to all amenities at Crowfoot Village and Beacon Hill. Quick transit Bus #138 to Crowfoot LRT Station.
Rent is as follows:
$250 / week (Single)
$400 / week (Couple)
Refundable damage deposit for single occupant is $200 and for a couple is $300.
Terms are on a weekly basis, with a signed short-term weekly roommate agreement.
No daily rates! You’d be welcome to stay less than a week, but the weekly rate will still apply. Additional weeks are negotiable if the room isn’t already booked.
Price is non - negotiable. You will not find a hotel, motel, or Airbnb in Calgary for this weekly rate!!
