This house has undergone top to bottom interior and exterior renovations in the last year.
1 room is currently available: Large basement room with semi-private bathroom for $1000 per month — lease takeover (1year from May 1st 2025 to April 30 2026)
All utilities and internet are included. Parking available on site (driveway)
The common areas are furnished. Large fridge and freezer with one additional fridge and chest freezer in the basement. Each tenant has their own food pantry.
Large backyard with raspberry bushes and private garden.
Exterior house has motion lights 24/7, with a Ring camera for the front door and backyard.
Close by: Loblaws and Starbucks — 1 minute walk Rideau Sports Club and Restaurant — 2-3 minute walk UOttawa 15 minute walk Strathcona park — 2 minute walk, and several other shops and restaurants in walking distance!
Bike and pedestrian friendly, lots of transit options nearby. The Rideau river is a short walk away, and accessible for water sports during the summer.
About the roomies
Current tenants are female and request only female roommates. We are semi-social and outgoing.
This is not a smoke-friendly property. This includes vaping, cannabis, cigarettes, recreational drugs, etc are all excluded.
