I am looking for roommates. I have 3 bedrooms available for rent on the second floor of a 1,600 sq. ft. house in the Cayuga area. I am expecting to have the rooms available for May 01, 2025 and hoping to post pictures in the upcoming weeks.

I am looking for peaceful and courteous individuals who share the same values as myself. Working professionals that are seeking a calm and relaxing home environment.

The second floor contains a brand-new 3-piece bathroom (shower, toilet & sink). As well as the laundry appliances and a common area with a television and couch. Bedrooms A, B & C are available unfurnished with the possibility of supplying some bedroom furniture if necessary.

Bedroom A: 11’x10’ with a 4.5’x2’ closet. $850.00/month. Utilities included.

Bedroom B: 12’x11’ with a 6’x2’ closet. $850.00/month. Utilities included.

Bedroom C: 13’x13’ with a 5’x4’ walk-in closet & a 4’x4’ closet. The room also has a wonderful view of the park across the street. $900.00/month. Utilities included.

Amenities in the house include a new washer/dryer, a new kitchen with two refrigerators, a natural gas oven and two brand-new 3 piece bathrooms - 2 bedrooms to one bathroom. There is new flooring throughout the house. Parking is available, at no additional cost, and is incredibly convenient. As well as a 22’x18’ hardscaped backyard area with the intention to provide future storage solutions. There is AC available in the summer months.

Local amenities within the area include restaurants, bars, parks, postal office, grocery/shopping, library and the Grand River. All within a 2 minute walking distance. The basic stores you need is very accessible.
