Looking for a fabulous place to call home in the heart of the city? Look no further! I’ve got a cozy room available in our spacious 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment starting April 1st until June 1st, with the option to extend.

Here are the deets: Initially, the rent is a steal at $950 (including water and heat!), but it bumps up to $1,010 in June 2025 (still a great deal!). We’ll split the internet, electricity (approx. $60-$70), and house insurance, keeping costs manageable. Plus, there’s both designated parking and street parking options available!

The apartment itself is a dream: hardwood floors, tons of natural light, and a modern open-concept kitchen perfect for whipping up brunches or hosting cozy dinner parties.
