Roommate Wanted starting May 1st for 1 year lease with option to extend.

Looking for a roommate to share a nice 2 bedroom condo in a building with lots of amenities in Kitsilano at Broadway and Maple on a tree-lined street. It is steps away from shops, pubs, restaurants and a short 2 minute walk to the 99 bus stop, directly to UBC campus in 20 minutes and has a view of the mountains from the balcony.

The condo is fully furnished except for the bedroom to be rented. The bedroom comes with its own personal bathroom, shared in-suite laundry, and access to all building amenities including gym, rec room with billiards and ping pong and a rooftop patio. Lots of storage, including bike locker and possibility for a parking spot for a small extra cost.

The rental cost of $1600 per month includes hot water and heating/air conditioning; internet and hydro costs to be shared equally.

I’m currently attending UBC and hoping to find another student for the second bedroom, and I will be the only other renter in the proprety.
