I work up north on a fly in/out rotation. 7 on, 7 off so I’ll only see you two weeks of the month!! The rest of the time you have the house to yourself. I have a part time job on my ‘days off’.
All utilities, internet included. 20 min drive downtown/40 min by bus. Heated Parking stall in garage. Patio is private and furnished, walking and bike trails, transit stops. Amenity building has Pool, Hot Tub and Gym Tennis court and basketball hoop.
