Offering a 4-month sublet from May-Aug for a room in a 4-bedroom apartment in Guelph. Female ONLY, preferably student. Spacious, private room that comes fully-furnished with bed, desk, mini fridge and dresser. Kitchen is fully-stocked with cookware and appliances, including: dishwasher, fridge and separate freezer, stove, oven and sink. Lots of cabinet space for food storage. Large bathroom with two sinks, shower-tub, toilet and attached laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer unit. Bathroom is shared with one other person, however they will not be living in the apartment during the summer months. Apartment is centrally located in a safe neighborhood with on-call security for apartment complex. Mainly students living in apartment building so it is quiet during the summer. 10-minute walk from the University of Guelph. 5-minute walk to Walmart and Metro. 15-minute walk to Stone Road Mall. Parking space is included with sublet. Short walk to bus stop for Bus Route 6, 58U, 15 and 17. Lots of green spaces close-by, some of my personal favourites being the Dairy Bush and the Arboretum.

Apartment is shared among 4 girls - we are all university students that keep a clean, quiet and friendly environment. Apartment will be unoccupied for the most part, however we will stop by from time to time and will let you know in advance.
