There is one room available, with a double bed. The bed has a cozy memory foam mattress, and there are duvets and blankets to keep you warm. We provide bedding for all the beds, and do not allow personal bedding.

The room contains a chest of drawers, bookshelf, mirror, and a desk. There is also a closet. We provide dishes, pots and pans and you have your own shelf in the fridge and in the cupboards, and your own drawer in the kitchen.

You will share a 3 bedroom basement apartment with roommates from India attending Humber. The place is nice and quiet. The neighbourhood has everything you need from a No Frills grocery store to a couple of dollar stores and a Shoppers Drug Mart. Starbucks, sushi, roti, falafels, and Tim Hortons are within walking distance. Twenty minute drive to the airport, twelve minute walk to Humber Lakeshore.

All utilities are included in the rent. Heat, water, electricity, air conditioning, TV with access to latest Indian TV/ movies/ sports, and high speed Wi-Fi. Coin laundry on site. There are two parking spots available for $50/month each.

The application process requires an email transfer of first and last month rent which is refunded if you are not approved. You require job letters, credit report, identification, guarantor, passport and references on your application unless you are a foreign student, where only identification and school registration are required.

Mandatory one year lease. You need to provide proof of personal tenant insurance before you are approved–this is mandatory.

Hindi speaking, students and one works from home. Landlords live upstairs. There are two to a room. You can also share your room if you want. There is a double bed in your room. They aren’t great about cleaning up after themselves. But they’ll get on it if you remind them. They are lovely young men.
