hellooo my names raina and i’ve lived in sylvan lake for 7 years now and im looking to find a new place. the property i am in now has a rental increase come february and i would be interested in finding a new place with someone as my current roommate is going to university and this house is not worth that price. somewhere in sylvan lake as i work here in town as server. i’m looking for places between $1300 with some of the utilities included and $1600 all included. i also have a 5 year old cat so must be pet friendly. if this interests you at all please reach out. if this place is renovated and nicer by that time then staying here till June is also a possible option of mine and at that point you could take over the lease if you wanted.

it would just be me and my cat moving in on my side. i’m pretty quiet and keep to myself. i work nights and sleep in late so if you work a 9-5 we will almost never see each other. budget is about $700-$850 a month.
