This room is a basement unit in a townhouse with a private half-bathroom and it (technically) has a separate entrance through the garage. There is a generous living area and the kitchen has plenty of storage. Our landlord is very responsive and has taken care of any questions/issues within days. I really like the location, the Hamilton GO Centre is a few minutes’ walk away, McMaster is a 20-minute bus ride, and Mohawk is a 15-minute bus ride away.

I’m Mohawk student in the urban planning program looking to sublet this room for the summer semester (as soon as mid-April to August 31). Four of us have lived here during the fall/winter semesters, but there may be two vacant rooms during your time. One of my housemates will be here through the summer, she’s friendly, and is an international student in nursing. If you’d like to chat or see the place, just let me know!
