Master bedroom available in a large 2 Bed + Den/ 2 Bath condo. The bedroom is 10x18’, with a walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom. Utilities included except internet.

The condo itself is a 1100 square feet corner unit, with ensuite laundry, dishwasher, and central AC/heat, in a really nice building with 24-hr concierge. Gym, sauna, hot tub, an amazing rooftop terrace, and a few more amenities. There’s rent control and the landlords are nice and prompt with repairs. The intersection is busy with some construction noise, but safe and very convenient, about 1 minute walk from Osgoode Subway Stn.

I’m a 40-yr-old LGBT+ woman who has lived in the unit for many years. I like keeping the space clean, and I am a quiet introvert so I spend most of my time in the space either working from home, or curled up with tea and a book/Netflix. I do like to host very occasional social gatherings or dinner parties. I’ve done a lot of backpacking, various art/crafts have a lot of plants, and enjoy cooking and baking :) Currently volunteering with a wild bird rescue. If it’s important to you, I’m vegan and use mostly low-scent natural products. Would love to meet someone with a compatible lifestyle who is also considerate and proactive about shared chores.
