The apartment is bright, well soundproofed and is located only 2 minutes walk from the Papineau metro and close to the city center.
A large Metro grocery store is also 2 minutes walk away and Sainte-Catherine Street offers all the shops you could need.
The rent is 800 Internet Hydro and hot water included. I furnished it to the minimum (Queen bed, bedside table, 2 lamps, bedspread, sheets and pillow) to give you the choice to arrange and decorate it as you wish.
As for me, my name is Alejandro, I like to spend chill moments at the apartment but I also like to go out for walks or any other kind of activities. I work in the field of Public Transport so I’m not really a shy person even if I still like to have some time for myself sometimes.
I’m still looking for someone independent, with the same state of mind, who will appreciate having company as much as having his moments and obviously someone respectful. The apartment is for me above all a place to be relaxed. Ideally I’m looking for a person for the long term
For the rest, I’m open to discussing to get to know each other before committing, it will also allow us to reassure each other. 🙂

L’appartement est lumineux, bien insonorisé et se situe à 2min à pied seulement du métro Papineau et proche du centre-ville.
Une grande épicerie Metro se trouve également à 2min à pied et la rue Sainte-Catherine offre tous les commerces dont on peut avoir besoin.
Le loyer est de 800 Internet et eau chaude inclus. Je l’ai meublé au minimum (Lit Queen, table de chevet, 2 lampes, couvre-lit, draps et oreiller) pour laisser le choix de l’aménager et la décorer à sa guise.
En ce qui me concerne, je m’appelle Alejandro, J’aime passer des moments chill à l’appart mais j’aime aussi sortir me balader ou toute autre sorte d’activités. Je travaille dans le domaine du Transport Public donc je suis pas vraiment quelqu’un de timide même si j’aime quand même avoir des moments pour moi parfois.
Je recherche quand même quelqu’un d’indépendant, avec le même état d’esprit, qui appréciera autant d’avoir de la compagnie que d’avoir ses moments et évidemment quelqu’un de respectueux. L’appartement est pour moi surtout un endroit pour être relax. Idéalement je cherche une personne sur du long term
Pour le reste, je suis ouvert à discuter pour faire connaissance avant de s’engager, ça permettra aussi de se rassurer. 🙂
