This older character house features loft on the third floor. Rent is 1300 monthly month-to-month, but if a year long agreement is signed rent can be reduced to 1200 monthly. Rent includes heat, water, hydro and WiFi access. Kitchen and bathroom are shared between all tenants. Bathroom is a 3-piece featuring sink with lighted vanity mirror, toilet and corner stand-in shower. Kitchen features ample cabinetry for all tenants, fridge, 4 element stove with oven, over range microwave, two tub sink. Floor is sealed hardwood through out the house except in kitchen and bathroom. Heat is forced air gas furnace. Free laundry on site that is shared with all tenants. Five minute walk from downtown Peterborough, all amenities are minutes away, and major bus routes to points throughout the city stop directly outside the house. Parking is limited but with options available. We are looking for mature renters who can respect their living space and the quiet and privacy of their roommates. This home is perfect for working professionals or students that do not want to live on campus. There is no smoking inside, and quiet hours are implemented from 10pm to 8am to ensure the safety and rest of all tenants.
