We are hoping to find someone who fits with our lifestyles. You will be sharing the house with 4 other people as the den will be soon rented out. Currently there is a female 21, with a 1 year old baby who is home during the day, a male, 35 who typically works long hours and is usually home later in the evenings, and me, female 29 and work from home. I will be home most days, but I do frequently spend time out of the house. Ideally, we are looking for women in a similar age range as listed above. Someone who is mindful of keeping shared areas clean and aren’t excessively loud, especially in the evenings and nights as there are working individuals. I work from home, so having a generally quiet environment during the day is necessary. Obviously normal noises are to be expected such as cooking, etc. Must get along with houseplants 😜 We all typically have a quieter lifestyle, and the home would be well suited to share with someone who is a student and needs a quieter environment to study, working professionals, and people who work from home. Individuals on assistance are welcome as well so long as your lifestyle generally meshes well with ours. You must partake in household cleaning. The house is large, and we will all be cleaning parts of the shared areas at minimum once a week, and with 5 people things can get dirty fast. Seriously! We Don’t want to harass you to help clean.
