Hello everyone! We’ll have the master bedroom of our our 3 bedroom top floor apartment available on April 1st!

The bedroom is incredibly spacious and comes with it’s own walk-in closet and en-suite half bathroom! The bedroom comes furnished, but it easily allows for some items to be added if needed. It gets incredible sunlight and is all round incredibly cozy!

The price for the room is 1350, (different rate for couples- read below) not including utilities which vary depending on the season. Never more than 80 during the winter and as low as 25 during the summer. (This includes wifi-water-heat-electricity)

Our place is a 3 bedroom apartment, with a very spacious living room, a fully stocked kitchen, two balcony areas, one at the front and one at the back of the house. The house is in a very quiet and easy going neighborhood, with lots of families and nice parks close by. one block away from bus stops at the intersection of Knight and 49th Street which can take you to UBC or downtown directly.

The apartment comes with great amenities like a dishwasher, laundry room on site, good size T.V. in the living room, and decent storage space.

We like to have a relaxed atmosphere at home, prioritizing a clean, and quite space where everyone can come home to unwind and feel comfortable.

We are looking for someone who likes to have a nice and positive space as well, who is ok with partaking in the small chores to keep the place cozy! While we keep ourselves busy and appreciate our own private and chill times at the house, we enjoy catching up with each other and having a friendly home!

-We are looking for someone willing to sing a year long lease but this could be discussed

-Open to couples at a 1650 rate.

-No pets allowed *

*(Occasional visits by my girlfriend’s doggo “Django”, who is the best boy. super chill, and friendly) No other pet VIP passes :(
