Fully furnished home in a nice, quiet neighbourhood on Adanac bike route. Short walk to veggie stores, pharmacies, cafes, etc.

Walk about 4 blocks to catch bus to UBC. Also, quick trip to downtown.

Street parking available.

You would predominantly be sharing common spaces with just one quite, older female. However, bathroom is shared with one other person (gay male) that lives in an out-building.

Large kitchen. You would share fridge with just one person.

On site shared laundry appliances.

Garden available for anybody that enjoys gardening.

Your room is the Master Bedroom. Pictures are old. It has new carpeting and newly painted. Double-size bed.

I’m in no rush to rent out the room, so don’t hesitate to apply even if you have a later than May 1 start date.
