House is located in goulburn avenue in Sandyhill it’s about a 10 minute walk to and from campus. The room will come completely unfurnished although some roommates moving out are looking to sell some furniture. It’s a 5 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms and you’ll have the option to choose from 2 of the bedrooms being rented out. The house is 3 floors + the basement. The photos uploaded is the first available room the second room is pretty much identical in size and layout and photos of that room will be uploaded in the next few days

Hi we’re a house of 5 girls all university students and 2 girls will be moving out this April so we’re looking for 2 more to fill the spots this May. The lease is a year long rent being around 500 with all utilities( wifi, hydro, hot water tank, gas) being around 100 dollars on top of that. There is no A/C in the house but all the girls in the house either have bought an A/C unit or a fan which works perfectly. The house also has in house laundry in the basement.
