Three Bedrooms Available in charming Touraine District (1 Large Master Bedroom and 2 Smaller Rooms). All rooms available are located on the Main Floor. Lots of Natural light and Space. Large backyard and outdoor living space.

Rooms are Currently unfurnished but can be. All Appliances supplied including Fridge, Stove, Dish Washer, Washer and Dryer. Living Room and Kitchen Can be Furnished as Well.

Bus stops for STO Routes 64 & 66, steps away. 1KM from Station de la Gappe and Rapid Bus Route. Close to grocery store and District des Promenades shopping centre.

Parking is available to be speak to owner/tenant regarding parking arrangements.

The Current Owner/Tenant lives downstairs and would only require to enter the space to use the front door for leaving to work in the morning and limited times if they arrive home after 9:00pm. Other than that, I would enter through the garage.

I am looking for a Maximum three people. So unfortunately, no groups of four. If you are a group of two or only one person and would like your own space but don’t mind having someone pass through the front door/stairs now and than, do not hesitate to reach out, price is based off one person per room.
