There is currently 1 female student residing here, she is clean and quiet and mostly away every weekend and throughout the day. The common areas (washroom, living room and kitchen) will be shared with her. My sister and I live in the basement and we are quiet and working professionals. The laundry area will be shared between all of us (there’s 2 sets of washer and dryer) We are big on respect, privacy and cooperation.
