So, bit of a weird property. We have 2 bedrooms available in our basement, but seeing as they’re both so small we figured we would list both of them together so that our new roommate would have the option to sleep in one room and use the other for their desk/clothes/etc. This would also mean you get a private bathroom (biggest one in the house!) and basically the whole basement to yourself. Only thing is, since the washer and dryer are in the basement we would have to come downstairs every now and then to use it but! Its in a separate room at the bottom of the stairs. A short hallway leads into the basement so you could easily put up a curtain or divider to assure your privacy. You would also have your own separate entrance. Unfortunately its a bit far from Mac, being 30-35 minutes on the bus or a 20 minute drive.

We would also be open to having two people rent it out, in which case rent would be 656.50 each. Each bedroom has enough space for a single bed and a desk, maybe a small dresser, but not much else. They’re very small bedrooms. But if two friends were to rent it out, you could put your closets and/or desks in the living room area and still have more than enough room for a couch and TV and stuff.

Comes with two roommates, Liv (she/her) and Raf (he/him) we live on the main floor. You would be sharing the kitchen with us but nothing else. We’re both 25, Liv is graduating from Mac in May and going to grad school in September. Raf works full-time. We’re both normal, emotionally regulated, well-adjusted people who pay their bills on time.
