Avery's room

High rise building close to Garneau, Whyte Avenue, and the U of A. You will be taking over the bedroom pictured (but it will be unfurnished) with a full bathroom (pictured). This unit is on the 20th floor with a huge balcony overlooking amazing views of Edmonton. There is laundry on each floor of the building that is operated with a phone app. All utilities are included in rent and we would split the internet ($35-$40 per month). The building has a gym, pool, quiet working space, games area, and other awesome amenities. There is also a private movie theatre, event room, and dining room that you can book for free through the app. There is heated underground parking for an additional charge (equipped with a car wash and charging stations for electric vehicles). There is a bus stop right in front of the building and the LRT is close. Very secure building with 24 hour security. The unit is pet friendly, although I do not have any pets myself!

I am a 28 year old female, currently taking my Master’s in Counselling Psychology. I work reception/office administration at a clinic in Sherwood Park throughout the week (and some Saturdays). I am quiet, respectful, clean, organized, and easy to get along with! I am very busy with school at the moment, and often keep to myself, but love to hangout and chat if my roomie wants to!
