The home is pretty quiet and peaceful. The room for rent is furnished in a 3 floor townhouse. Small dresser, bed and television (no cable). Beautiful large over carport balcony to enjoy during summer. Internet, heat & hydro included. Shared bathroom, living room, dining room and kitchen. Laundry room in home ( must provide own detergent). Treadmill. Parking available in visitors but is first come first serve, otherwise street parking is available. Bike paths and community centre within a couple minutes walk. South keys plaza within 20 min walk. Looking for a clean, quiet, respectful and mature roommate. No parties.
