Looking for someone to take over in a co-lease starting August 1st (flexible start date). The lease runs until December 1, 2025, with the option to renew after that. This place is ideal for professionals or students wanting quick access to downtown, green spaces, and transit.
Details: • private furnished room in a shared condo • $600 month + utilities/internet (usually around $50) • prime location. Next to the Assiniboine river trail, perfect for walking and cycling • close to Osborne village • multiple Winnipeg transit bus routes and several peg city car co-op stations nearby • washer/dryer in suite • building gym access
You would have to fill out a basic application (including employment info and monthly income) and get approved by the landlord. There is also a $500 damage deposit due when you move in. You get this back when you move out, provided that there is no damage.
