Rosehill Street

This is a three bed two bath fourplex on Rosehill Street, a few minute drive away from VIU and a short walk to Bowen park. The room itself has a large window overlooking a very quiet street, a decently sized closet, and can come partially furnished with queen bed and dresser (as pictured, if desired). The bathroom is shared with one other person, and we have built in washing machine and dryer. The kitchen is quite small and there is no dishwasher, but it comes stocked with appliances for cooking and baking. utilities and internet are not included in rent but are split equally between us.
