My roommate is moving so looking for someone new (girls only) to share the space! Someone of similar age and mindset 😊
9’-5” unfurnished private room with big closet. The rest of the unit is furnished. W/D in unit. 10/15 min walk to bus route, close to park. Has street parking. All utilities incl and wifi. No smoking/drugs or parties. It is below ground unit with big windows.
Landlord and his family live upstairs. They have 2 children, would need to be okay with noise from above. He is requesting to meet the new person 🙂
About the roomies

I work full time in health benefits downtown 9-5. I like reading, baking, snowboarding, and going to the gym. I enjoy a balance of personal space and social time.
