Holly's room

Rented, private room and bathroom, room on its own level below the central floor, laundry, central air, gas stove, free parking on street and private parking in back, shed, close to downtown festivals etc but still close not far from the hospital and shopping, 2 decks, small backyard, house only 7.5 years old (we’ve lived here since it was built), comes with internet, utilities included, nice neighbour’s, not a very busy street, 3 bathrooms.

My 11yo daughter and I live here. She’s awesome and is into extra curriculars and goes to school during the day (her bedroom is 2 floors up from the ones I’m renting out) she’s chill and loves meeting new people, but will also completely give you your space :) We’re beach/festival girls and aren’t home much in the summer and when stuff is going on in town. I’m a CEA who works weekdays and has the summers off. We also have to awesome female cats (one senior cat and one 4 month old - they don’t go down to the room I’m renting out) I park in the front so there’s a parking spot in the back.
