I’m actually needing someone to pay at least $1205 for long term because of the high rent for the condo unit. You might have the option to join on the lease later. Corner condo unit, more spacious. Big balcony space. Good insulation, no noise from neighbors and no need for air conditioning in your room in summer. Low heating cost. Hydro (electricity) is only around $6/month without heating. In unit laundry (washing machine, dryer). Dishwasher. Desk, double or single mattress but no bed available, chairs, bedside drawer. Digital piano available to play! Two friendly house cats live in the living room and in the other bedroom. They won’t go inside your room unless you leave your door open and they will be renamed soon. Great condo amenities including large amenity room with study desks, TV, sofas and kitchen, washroom; large gym, courtyard, rooftop. Recreation center next door with ice rinks. Wifi $25 and there is free Wifi available from the amenity room below. Shared weekly cleaning. Neighbour units super quiet. Apart from music, this is a quiet home, a place to relax and rest and be creative in free time. Friends visit occasionally. Must be quiet after 10pm (but you can be loud inside your room with door closed).
