Emma's room

One bedroom available in a 3 bed 1 bath main floor of a house. Lots of space and storage, and it is almost fully furnished (Im still working on adding some pieces to the living areas, but the room available has a bed, dresser, and bedside table. If you have your own stuff I can look at removing the bedroom furniture). Currently the 3rd bedroom is set up as a home office space, prefect for those who work from home. Rent is $1800 ($900 each), and 60% of the house utilities (was around $250 in December). Laundry is shared with the downstairs tenants. Small/medium dogs are welcome, preferably no cats!

The house is located in Killarney with easy access to downtown, Marda Loop, and West Hills! There is a bus stop ~ 5 minutes from the house with multiple routes servicing the downtown area, and Shaganappi Point train station is ~25 minute walk.

I am a 23yo female engineer, currently working downtown Calgary. My favourite place to spend time is outdoors hiking and skiing, but if I cant get to the mountains I enjoy cooking, knitting/crafting, and doing yoga. I am very clean and quiet and love a chill night at home.
