Hi there! I currently live in a Downtown Edmonton, 2 bedroom condo that I have resided in for about a year now. The space is big, bright, and the two bedrooms are separate on opposite sides (shown in the floorplan).

The available bedroom has a walk-in closet that attaches to the second bathroom containing a deep bathtub, which would be your bathroom :) It does open up to the living space for guest use, but I typically go out to see friends, not have anyone over, and would not allow anyone into that bathroom if the other person (you), was not around. (Locks on the doors can be placed, if that makes you feel more comfortable! I’m an honest guy, but I understand that privacy is important :) ).

There is a very large island in the middle of the kitchen / living room space, dishwasher, large fridge, microwave and full-sized oven. Airconditioning and a balcony are available as well! The living room my bedroom and some of the kitchen include my furnishings, such as a large TV, couch and some small display cases. Open to making some changes, if necessary. The open bedroom and bathroom are not furnished at all. Internet and all utils are included in the monthly rent. :)

Located almost at the main intersection at Jasper and 109th, there is access to all kinds of shops, restaurants and stores that enable walking a great option when needing to head out and run errands!

** Lease Details: I have a lease at this unit until the end of June. I intend to stay here (I believe the rent goes month-to-month at that time), so the initial stay would be for a few months. If we get along and want to continue, I would be happy to go month-to-month with whoever would like to move in and give it a whirl. If not, I am looking to possibly move into a one bedroom come June, so I’d be happy to pass on the lease if you would like to keep the unit alone, or get another roommate.
