Beautiful 1500 sqft 2 bed 2 bath loft condo which is just 5 minutes walk to the shore of elk lake. Quiet treed strata out of town but easy access to downtown and uvic etc via bus. East facing with perfect sun exposure for patio gardening. Lots of birds and other wildlife. Lots of skylights and open concept design - barely ever have to turn on the lights.

The furniture shown in the photos is from the previous owner. I will update with photos of current furniture when I have a chance.

There are two bedrooms on the top floor with a full bathroom. On the bottom floor there is a kitchen, living room, and a half bathroom (just toilet and sink). There is a separate entrance on each floor. We would need to discuss layout - I am a fan of my privacy and wouldn’t be opposed to potentially switching the living room out with one of the bedrooms so each person gets a separate floor.

I’m a 30 year old white male and I’m a system administrator who occasionally works from home. I spend quite a lot of time at home but I am often out of town camping on weekends or attending concerts in Vancouver and I also take a lot of vacations.

My main passions are outdoors, heavy metal, guitar, cars, photography, and video games. I’m a really easy to get a long with person and I’m not a fan of drama. I like to play music out loud at home so I think the person living with me might need to share my music taste somewhat haha.
