This property has washer and dryer,it’s a 7 minute walk to lansowne station and 15 min walk to dufferin mall (no frills and walmart to do groceries). You have your own room which can be furnished or unfurnished (the girl moving out is selling her stuff if you want it) we will share bathroom and kitchen. There’s a table and chairs that we can share of course. The utilities are included except for internet.
